National and International Collaboration | To date, RCCC – UI has been move its way forward to maintain and improve the national and international collaboration on climate change research, education and training, and shared challenges in climate change. A vigorous engagement is developing between University of Indonesia, Indonesian government, universities, as well as other national and international institutions. University of Indonesia through RCCC – UI has been a member of Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) which includes 42 of the leading research universities across the Pacific Rim. Agreement on collaboration has been developed with Cornell University, University of Reading, Center for Environmental, Economy, and Society (CEES) – Columbia University, and Center for Global Field Study – University of Washington. At national level, RCCC – UI has been in partnership with National Council for Climate Change (DNPI). REDD+ Taskforce/President’s Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4), Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in research activities, training, and symposia.
