  7. Taxonomy and bio-geographical distribution of the colubrid snakes (Reptilia: Colubridae) on Java based on museum collections.
  8. Taxonomy and bio-geographical distribution of Parathelphusid freshwater crabs (Crustacea: Decapoda: Parathelphusidae) on Java based on museum collections.
  9. Taxonomy and bio-geographical distribution of Gecarcinucid freshwater crabs (Crustacea: Decapoda: Gecarcinucidae) on Java based on museum collections.
  10. Taxonomy and bio-geographical distribution of toads (Amphibia) on Java based on museum collections.

The topics for master degree:

  1. Population dynamics and the survival rate of the last existing population of saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus porossus) on Java.
  2. Distribution and ecology of the freshwater tortoises and turtles (Reptilia: Testudines) on Java.
  3. Life span and food plant preferences of birdwing butterfly larvae spp. (Lepidoptera: Papilionidae: Troides) on Java.
  4. Pray-predator relationship of Cave Racers (Orthriophis taeniurus) in Sumatra.
  5. Morphological divergence of isolated Cave Racers (Orthriophis taeniurus) in Sumatra and Kalimantan.
