Prof. Chris Margules is a researcher from Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), Australia. His field of studies include environmental conservation and biodiversity of forest (terrestrial) and sea (aquatic) ecosystem. Besides, Chris Margules also work at Conservation International (CI) as Executive Director of Melanesia Center for Biodiversity Conservation.

Jostein Gaarder is a famous writer from Norway. One of his best book, Sophie's World, is an international best-seller and has been translated into 55 languages across the globe—including Indonesian. Furthermore, this title was also a best-seller in Indonesia and became a mandatory book for philosophy student at University of Indonesia.
Wildlife Ecology Research Training
Wildlife Ecology Research training has been conducted by RCCC UI with aim to introduce and increase capability of RCCC UI research staff to understand research methods of wildlife ecology and research related with environment. The training was carried out by Dr. Nurul Winarni and Asri Dwiyahreni, M.Sc.
Geographic Information System (GIS) Basic Training
The GIS training which has been conducted by RCCC UI was aimed to introduce the GIS as a software which is easy to use and could be utilized as spatial decision support system (SDSS) to help making decision upon spatial analysis assessment. GIS and remote sensing are important field of study for climate change research in Indonesia.

The Training for Trainers (ToT) entitled 'Climate Change and the Role of Forests' has been conducted from April 11th, 2011 until April 14th, 2011 at Wisma Makara, University of Indonesia. The participants reached 20 persons which come from government institution and NGO.
